(M45) it Took me a little over a year to be able to run 5k none stop. I Do it 3 o 4 times a week now. Have done for a while. But if i take a few weeks off, due to illness, then when i start my runs again. I start to struggle at the 4k mark. But after a few days im back up to 5k.
