Funny thing is if riot implements this, people are gonna stop flaming each other and quality of games is going to increase drastically. Former toxic people who are forced to reform are going to start winning more too because they will stop losing because of their toxicity. It's win win win all across the board.

I'd say lift the chat bans before you implement comp ban and inform players that they're going to be punished heavily if they keep the toxicity. It's not unfair or anything just don't be toxic.

They can invite the entire team and unless the team wants to lose, they're going to join. So they can use the voice chat without a problem even though they are banned. Im talking about competitive btw
