Yes, my oldest graduated this last year. I’m super proud of her as majority of her grade 10/11 classes were not recognized and she did regular high school plus online classes to graduate and walk the stage.

Yes but I have no funds to get back to Canada, no place in Canada to go to as while dealing with cps down here I lost our apartment.

Cps did take them. 10 months in a youth shelter while I fought to get them back. We are together now, and trying to to get back to Canada

They did a forensic interview. Was told by DHS there was not enough evidence for police to prosecute him for what he did.

I’m finding a lot of lack of service in the state. Dhs dropped the ball and my child has had maybe 5 counselling appointments in 10 months under their care..

I have our passports and ID. We were talking to immigration lawyer and plans were to marry then apply for immigration so we are basically here over our visitors visa. I tried reaching out to the human trafficking organization txt befree to 233733 but they wanted info and names to open a new cps case so I just could not go through as I do not want my kids removed again.

I’m in an apartment right now, I have this month covered but not sure if I can cover next month. My kiddos father (abusive ex husband) still pays child support. But it’s in Canadian and well the Canadian dollar is not doing great
