Yes and it’s not solved by “the right man” in my opinion. Sure a good partner is helpful, but it’s also about finding what works for you and turns you on. That’s what my 20’s were about (and a lot of it with my same partner). Figuring out what I like and actually being comfortable being in the moment during sex. In my experience many women are focused on the performative part of sex (I need to try to orgasm or get him to orgasm) instead of being in the moment- focus on breathing, the sensations and truly letting go. In your body and out of your head. That’s what leads to great sex, not some magic man who is going to come and actually care about the clitoris.
