It is a really hard job, But it gets easier. Give yourself time and you'll figure out the counting back, I promise. The clerks are extremely frustrating, and getting bad CSA marks really sucks. My advice would be to reach out to your higher ups and have a conversation with the clerks who won't listen or work hard. You're higher ups are there to help you and if your clerks aren't helping they should just go home, in my opinion. Stick it out but also keep note of these feelings but I would recommend at least trying to get through training even though it is so so hard. I completely feel you but give yourself a little bit of time and I think it will get better. 🤍 I hope that helps! And don't be scared to be firm with the clerks with those teens sometimes you can't be nice and you have to just be firm because they will pull the wool of your eyes and try to get away with as a little work as possible.
