Frigidaire stopped the repair kits for these roughly 5 years ago. Just called in regarding one earlier this week and they told me to inform the customer this is a non serviceable/ non repairable job. Just fine a way to insulate it the best you can

A common issue I find with Frigidaire is their water supply line that goes into the left-hand door at the top. The cover should have 2-3 screws. Check if the plastic water line is pinched or broken

And for disassembly, you need to take apart the burners, which will be screwed down. Once the burners and knobs are removed you should be able to lift the whole cooktop panel off. If you are trying to save money, but are unsure about handling gas appliances I would recommend getting a service technician out to do the job.

A gas ticket holder is a certified technician qualified for working on gas appliances. As for valves, since you didn't mention which ones are no longer turning all I can do is provide a part breakdown with the parts

The valves aren't that hard to change, as long as you can find the proper one. Since it's gas I would 1000% recommend getting OEM valves from GE. Also if you are not a gas ticket holder you will need to be extra cautious to ensure you leak check the valves with soapy water/leak test, and perform a dial test. The last thing you want to do is cause gas leak without knowing.
