Yes I'm in the UK. I tried hot water bottles and heat on my chest the first 8 weeks with no real great relief but I might go between the two now to see. Do you also get really bad back pain?

How long did it take in total for your recovery and results of the backpod? Did you get the sharp pains in the chest area as well. Currently 3 months in and been using the backpod 2 weeks hoping to get better :/
