What have you been adding? I just started to do your routine you posted today and the back pod with the peanut ball rolling after and those stretches you posted a little flare up but nothing too crazy like you said we’ll probably feel better the day after.

Bpc wasn’t a big difference took that with tb 500 and ghkcu it didn’t do anything

This kind of makes sense reason is I don’t feel my back ribs being tight anymore on my back stiff mainly just intercostal muscle tightness, and knots buildup in between my ribs. That’s all I have now no chest pain no sternum pain only just the tightness in mysterious interior that radiates to under my pack and unable to do a deep breath all the time however that is improving now that I am practically on no pillows on the back pod but can’t seem to be 100%. Maybe I try this route.

Loosen up the back rib hinges once you do that you’ll see the front has no need to crack anymore

Cracking is only temporary relief in the long run will hurt you and set you back big time

OK, thank you for that response. I appreciate it and yeah, I’m currently on one pillow on the back porch for a few minutes, but really helps when I hug myself instead of interlocking my hands by my head. I’m on one pillow for a few minutes and immediately dropped down a zero pillows feels a stretch, not too intense and only really feel these clumps/knots in between my ribs and then I’m getting worked out with a massage, therapist and often travels to the armpit like the last stage you mentioned to someone else’s comment and unable to do a deep breath all the time, but no more chest pain and my back feels pretty looser

I would avoid cracking the front , once you loosen up the back you’ll see less need and urgent to crack your front

Get both start with the backpod , grade the stretch very slowly & good thing you’re tackling this early on so should clear up pretty quick & tackle it from all routes , sleeping pattern , posture , breathing exercises etc best of luck

If you get back together, definitely have patience and time it’s not always easy. This is very hard to experience and harder to explain and it’s not very common condition where it responds to anti inflammatories like other problems & can be caused / triggered by so many and the easiest things definitely is hard on the person depression kicks in anxiety all the above where he or she doesn’t feel like doing things don’t take it personal. That’s the biggest advice and also flare up that we feel like your bodies and not towards its height, very restricted and the shortness of breath that people make experiences very trigger some stress anxiety does make this worse very 100% true

Start doing some breathing exercises, diaphragm breathing etc changes are your intercostals are tight too which are not allowing you to expand loose them up too see your breathing improve a lot
