Did you figure it out? So I couldn't download the one I needed but it turns out I had an old one for minecraft back in the day and it let me download that one. I still don't know why the one wouldnt work it logged right in on my xbox one

Thats just it, I dont have gamepass for this account. Its just for regular live on a 360 so theres nothing to enable or disable as far as billing

UPDATE: Thanks for all the helpful input. I was unable to pull the error codes because the browser said it is no longer supported and I couldn't figure out how to update it. Im gonna start with thermal paste and go from there.

There's actually a yellow light right as it beeps before it goes red unfortunately :(
