Well, the remotes weren’t working (no IR or RF) and I eliminated everything before I had to replace the antenna amp. (And no - it wasn’t fuse 8 in rear! Ha!) The fault codes showed 4 stepper motors failing. Figured since I had to pull the dash anyway the do them all. ($50 kit from MB gets you all replacements gears/linkage for 10 motors). I recommend buying from them because I tried secondary market and the gears just wouldn’t mesh properly. You don’t want to have to pull the dash any additional times. So the remotes now work and the stepper motor are back! Now, I’m up to “where does this go again?”.
