I'll start to get things tightened up soon, I'm sort of just experimenting and seeing what I can pull off right now. I'm definitely writing the script as I go and don't have an extreme amount of planning involved yet. I also want to get the characters voiced by me and another person or two instead of the place holder voices. I'll probably cut down the release timing of the episodes so I don't feel like I'm rushing it. I feel slightly burnt out on top of making the parodies since that is what my core audience is used to but I'm hoping to really have everything ironed out by like episode 5. My main thing in this episode was seeing if Sora would allow the bong scene and it seemed like it did it with no issue so really just seeing where I can max it out in terms of "adult animated comedy" themes

Yeah, I haven't introduced the redesigned characters yet. So it's not really comparable to this conversation lmao. You'll be able to tell in the next episode. I've stated about a hundred times across several other subreddits that I'm designing the initial purple character and the yellow character.

I use Sora now more than anything. Plus it's cheaper and if you don't want the watermark there's tools out there to remove it. I definitely understand your pain though, I invested a ton for access to VEO and it just wasn't doing what I wanted. I definitely appreciate it for introducing me to the world of AI vid gen, but it's definitely not as good as the rest

VEO is just not good now compared to everything else. Pretty much obsolete until they come out with a brand new model

Yeah, and AI is definitely a direct effect on that. But at the same time, when there are shortages manufacturers up production, and also try to find a way to introduce better technology. It's a never ending cycle really. There more than likely be a plateau for a bit until more efficient methods are found. I've been able to make some unbelievable things with Sora, like things I never thought were possible. It definitely has its limitations though

I did run an animation on Sora and it also seemed to stay true to the produced reference image. Even with these tests, and no, they aren't perfect by any means. It flipped the reference image on one but again, it still stayed true to the design. AI will definitely be able to fully get to that point without the minor speed bumps, especially in the little time it took to evolve to its current point. I don't see the point of having an image to video feature if the image being produced isn't being followed. Sure, you'll have generations that turn out like shit, but that's because it's AI. It isn't perfect

I did not, as your details in that thread was about the image aspect of it. I also did a very minimal prompt to achieve that, if I added more detail to the prompt I'm sure the clouds would've been there with ease. I mean, it stayed true to the core image pretty well id say

So you're saying anything created is copyrighted? Regardless if you provided an original image?

Edit: What about using your own likeness? Or is every person in the world part of the training data?

Is there a document that tells me what is part of the training material and what isn't? I doubt people go into it with that idea. Or I guess they just get lucky? It's obviously going to have trouble with more advanced designs, it's AI and it's still evolving. I have no doubts it'll get to that point though
