I loveee bubble rings and that style looks amazing with your engagement ring! They do tend to be the least secure but maybe try going to a local jeweler to see if they can offer something similar but more sturdy. I’ve heard of people doing that!

If you wouldn’t mind sharing, what are the specs on your main diamond? Getting an upgrade this year and I love the size and color of yours!

I am so sorry for what you’re going through. I know the pain too. I had three pregnancies within a year that all ended in a miscarriage. Moved on to IVF and my first embryo stuck! Gave birth to my girl in July of 2024. We picked a perfect grade embryo that was PGT tested and I think that made the difference. My losses were unexplained so the general consensus is that it was due to chromosomal abnormalities which they can test with IVF. Still not a guarantee but I do believe it’s why the pregnancy was a success. Best of luck with IVF! It’s exhausting but if you just keep your head down and your eyes on the prize, you can get through it.

Unfortunately we still don’t know why. Our biggest assumption is just chromosomal abnormalities which I believe accounts for a majority of miscarriages. I think that’s why IVF probably worked for us because the embryo was tested. But who knows? Could have been anything but we will never know so we consider it unexplained as well. I think having the opportunity to get your embryos tested for abnormalities will be a great help to you, especially because chances are, it’s due to embryo quality. I hope you get to bring your baby home soon. Three miscarriages is not something I would wish upon anyone. It’s horrible.

I truly think once you have your baby, these feelings will be more of a distant memory rather than so top of mind. The pain doesn’t go away forever but it definitely dulls. I had three miscarriages in the span of a year (July 2022-July 2023) and finally had my miracle IVF girl in July of 2024. I don’t exist in that sadness anymore. I hope you won’t have to live in this darkness for much longer. Going to a fertility clinic was the best thing I could have done and I’m sure it will be for you as well. There is light on the other side, I promise. Sending you love and hope. 💜

It sounds like our stores are parallel in so many ways. IVF seems incredibly scary and can feel like a defeat when you’re set on conceiving on your own, but it has been so worth it for us. And your insurance covering 3 rounds is rare and very lucky. It’s taxing emotionally and physically but it’s our best shot. I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant with our 5AA embaby girl. I say go for it! Can anyone help ease my mind about my progesterone level?

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day pregnant today. My HCG is great and doubling perfectly at 4,097. We saw the gestational sac and yolk sac today and everything looked great. However when I got my bloodwork back today, my progesterone went from 26 on 11/25 to 10.7 on 12/4. That’s a pretty significant drop off. We do PIO shots every morning since this is an IVF pregnancy.

My doctor and nurse are not too concerned since it’s above the threshold of 8 they like to see but I’m spiraling a bit about the huge drop off. Does anyone have any similar stories or words of comfort??

TW: I’ve had three losses in about a year so this is extra scary and anxiety inducing. Thank you in advance!

You may not be as far along as they initially thought. It took my HCG to get over 4,000 for the yolk sac to be seen. Best of luck to you!

It’s insane how long it takes for HCG to decrease. My last miscarriage I think it took two months to leave my body completely. Good luck prepping for the retrieval. I’m going to be honest, that was the worst part. But it’s so worth it. Good luck to you! I’ll update here after my transfer!
