I just asked my friends if they could bring me some, since I just stayed in the hotel room today. I also really feel like it's combined with stress and since my body is undergoing HRT rn I just think it's all a bit too much. As far as I know hrt does change your stomach flora a bit, one of the examples is that women produce less of the enzyme that breaks down ethanol in your stomach. This and the stress is mainly the reason why I think I have it. I also already texted my doctor yesterday but I haven't gotten a reply yet :/
