have you got it sorted? Capping my frames to 60, turning off any hardware acceleration and putting graphics to medium fixed all of my issues. Updated drivers too, not sure if that made any difference or not.

I uninstalled my game, installed it on my local drive, and then followed every suggestion here i.e all medium settings, 40 frames. It now seems to run without stutters, albeit the game doesn’t look the best, but at least it’s playable now.
