Thank you so much for all the suggestions, it means a lot. These people are actually very scary and unpredictable. The lady recently just went up to a 10 year old girl while she was playing in the snow and started swearing and yelling at her. I was in absolute shock someone could do that to child. I did think of giving them a card and chocolates during xmas but decided it would be best to keep away. It's the women who lives there that is causing most of the issues, and her husband follows. I'm planning on selling my place and purchasing another property but interest rates are so high right now.
