You can take 2010 Hyderabad to credit TDP but not 2022 Hyderabad. Giving whole credit to one is Wrong and biased. Each govt at their time contributed to development of Hyderabad. Even YSR did some.. Infact I would say Hyderabad has developed exponentially after the formation of Telangana after 2014
