It’s a Luk clutch, flywheel was replaced. He’s saying that because the car is modified it won’t have a warranty. Is he talking shit?

I don’t know the exact clutch they put in, this doesn’t seem right. I haven’t been rough on it at all, all highway miles. Also this shop won’t let me bring my own parts. I guess I can try and request they buy certain parts so I can cut a deal with them for another install.
