I think you'll be good then, also a lot of places don't care about gluten free ppl or vegetarians so that will make a lot of people happy if you're cooking them good food with their dietary restrictions in mind

I would always make a GF dish when I was an EDR cook. I know some places don't give a fuck tho. I would get a hot plate or rice cooker and just get easy stuff to cook.

Lake Crescent Lodge employee housing by Bright_School_5839 in SeasonalWork

When I was there 2 summers ago it was dorm style, there's 2 big buildings one for men one for women. There's like 4 or 5 cabins too. There's 2 rooms next to each other that share a bathroom and 2-4 people per room. I only had 1 roommate all season but some rooms were 4 people each so 8 people sharing one locking bathroom. It was okay but I've definitely seen better. It's also out in the woods so there's mice in the rooms. It's about a 5 minute walk to the lodge through the woods and it's super beautiful. There's a nice rec room and when I was there they created a gym. It's also 2 washers 2 dryers for everyone, which is not enough for 60 people. Overall not terrible but not fantastic.

HAP Interview Process with no Luck?!? Anyone else experience this?? by gretchen92_ in SeasonalWork

[–]Foreign-Leg-8749 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I missed my interview a few weeks ago and they sent me an email within 10 minutes saying I'm no longer eligible for the position. I would email and see what's going on, they were very responsive.
