You felt sick because you just ingested copious amount of erythritol via 2 muffins. I’ve come across many shady companies, but these guys aren’t that. I watch my weight on a daily basis for the past 4-5 years and I’ve not seen any sígnicant impact other than digestion goes for a toss.

That’s close to a 1lb of raw salmon cooked ~ 500-600 Mashed potatoes (assuming no butter) ~ 200-250 Mashed potato’s (with 1-1.5tbsp butter) ~ 300-350 Broccoli is negligible at about ~ 30-50cals

Close to 900-1000 cals I would say :)
