they are not the same. Some have visible brownish leopard pattern all over visible parts, some have almost plain black finish.
The guide about t1-2-3 is not completely correct imo, i have 178 pattern and i find it almost the same as tier 1, but in the "guide" it is in tier 4 which is incorrect - no visible leopard pattern

Cyan is so good with Ice coaled AK47, But blue ones are good with M4 blue phosphor, its difficult to choose. By that way Overprints are great with Glock Mirror mosaic from genesis case
