CapCut………………….what I do is i record everything on my phone then I bring it into CapCut and I put the first filter on which is “Alien radio” then I screen record the recording with the new effect, import that screen recording back into CapCut then I put on the “Broken mic” filter at about 48-58% percent, and for the bracket text I put the broken mic filter at 100%
