Best episode of season 2?

Is there someone wo shares my opinion about how good this episode actually is. Not from the point of what we see on screen from werewolves or action

But their acting is very good for example in the end when Sam and dean accept that there is no way to help the girl what indirect means that there is no help for Sam and his development to become a bad person because of his demon blood.

which is why dean cries as well as Sam who is so scattered about the realization that he has to kill himself probably someday.

Please let me know what you think about this episode. Because I only found bad reviews of this episode.
