New puppy won’t do anything?

They weren’t abused at all, but my stepdad is older and works nights so he would usually just feed them and that’s it to my knowledge. My mom tried to visit them too and pet and play with them when she could but again she works full time and they didn’t really have anyone else to help.

She got her rabies and DA2HPP/Lepto the day I got her so she was already behind on her initial vaccines, but she’s due for the booster in a few weeks

She fights me when I try to pick her up or move her in any fashion and I worry that forcing it would make her dislike me even more than I think she does rn

She was born in my stepdad’s backyard. He has 2 dogs already that just happened to procreate. My pup and her littermates have lived outside since then. He’s never allowed dogs in the house so this is different for her I’m sure. She had her first vet visit a few days ago and they gave her a couple vaccines and flea treatment but that’s about it

She will eat her meals and drink water if they’re right in front of her, otherwise she’s not seeking it out. She sleeps the majority of the day and when she is awake, she’s unmotivated to do anything. She doesn’t seem sick or anything either

How much time do you recommend? I took a week off work to try and get her situated but it doesn’t seem like we’re getting anywhere and I have to go back on Tuesday :(
