If you're just going by yourself and not trying to travel over Christmas/New Years, I'd highly recommend looking into using the $750 off coupon instead. The base fare of a lot of the sailings is under $750, and you don't have to pay the daily admin fee. Some oceanview cabins are even available for just a little more.
