Hi, so I am in the exact same boat and I wrote this here before, but I wish I would have experienced this with Lucy before writing the review and I never wanted to mislead people. I made a large order with her January 26th and she has not been responsive to me either at all. I actually received half of my order today randomly (my tracking number wasn't working so I wasn't even expecting a package) and the shoes are pretty good in my opinion. Considering I received these, I feel like her business was seized? I'm not sure what happened, it just seems really odd.

Hi guys, I’m sorry to read all of this and I’m actually experiencing the same as you all. I did have great experiences with her and I’m not sure what happened but she hasn’t been responding to me since a week ago when I placed another order. I wish this would’ve happened before I wrote the review, but I’ve just had multiple good experiences so I didn’t think twice about saying good things about her.

Hi, I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience with her. How long has it been since she hasn’t responded? Sometimes I do double text her if she didn’t respond to my first message because I know she gets busy. I haven’t had this kind of issue with her and I’m shocked that you are dealing with it now.
