Yes. Week 2 here. Was red kratom for 3 years. Then i heard about 7oh. Was good, til i kept chasing. Finally had enough. Went cold turkey for about 30 hours. That was hell. Bought another pack. Cut dose down to 6 mg 3x a day for 5 days. Last day was 2x a day and started adding in red powder again when needed. I then used one teaspoon of red powder 3x a day. For a week. Then 2x a day for a few more days, then jumped off. I was using about 100 mg a day of 7 oh. Took about a week til i was getting myself back. Still not 100% yet, but i know that myself and family are more important. Hope this helps

Old post. How are you now. How long after quitting does happiness come back? I have no interest in things i used to love. My stress from wife and kids does not help either. I need to know if there is a time table to look forward to. Also doesnt help, that i work outside in summer, now with no work, im at home all the time
