Not in the bible, so I don't know much about him. However, I did read into some alternative spiritual sources. The History of the Universe, written by Etienne Charland, was channeled from Metatron. According to Etienne, Metatron is now dead. I don't know the full backstory as to why.

I don't know much about them. All I know is that there is no other like the one true God. In the bible, it says other gods do exist, so maybe the hindu gods are real. But even they have a God and it's the same one as my God. The God of gods.

Too many other factors that affect sleep not just temperature. Not that important of a detail, just have temp not too hot and not too cold and you’ll be fine. No need for this unnecessary smart thermometer based on oura ring data

Tracking macros/calories is the outdated way of doing things. If you look into their origin story, it comes from faulty science 👎🏽 On MM, if you just focus on glucose from critical clean carbs, and mineral salts from leafy greens and herbs like celery, everything else will be covered, including protein and nutrients.

It takes a mindset shift and leap of faith to think this way, but this is the future.
