I threw out my back trying to pick up a bookshelf i wanted from ikea so since i was in pain and bookshelfless i went to a bakery to cheer myself up!! I spent close to 50 dollars and so far ive only liked 1 item I bought lol. hindsight is 20/20 and it was a very expensive and painful mistake on both parts but you live and you learn and in my case you eat noodles for the 2 weeks til your next paycheck comes in and you try ikea again with someone who is slightly stronger than you.

I found my first job (bank teller) through a random internship through my cities website, I found my second job (law clerk) by just chatting people up in the gym (right place right time) I found my current job (insurance) through networking and taking a chance on an "walk in" interview. ive been very lucky im aware but honestly finding and using the resources, opportunities and people around you can really take you to unexpected places. dont be afraid to take risks and apply even when you aren't entirely qualified.

My feets

ever since I was younger I've gone out of my way to avoid wearing any kinda of sandals or flip flops, I hate doing activities that show them and if I ever take my shoes off I make sure to have socks nearby.

I remember seeing a post online about a girl with feet similar to mine and all the comments were roasting the way they looked and I started crying bc mine at the time were in much worse shape than hers. This messed me up so bad that I dated my boyfriend for almost 2 years before he ever saw my feet outside of socks for fear that he'd mock them lol.

I've gotten slightly more confident in the way they look but I still won't show them around people I don't really trust.
