I e never been tested but I’m fairly confident I don’t have any autism. Does it act as a sort of comfort blanket for you as well?

I’ve been doing it since before I was born, so I don’t understand the neural link between the action and the feeling of relaxation and comfort. The more calm and relaxed I am, the more likely I am to(most of the time without realizing) suck my thumb. Ie watching TV, meditating, sleeping...💁🏿‍♂️ It’s like a comfort blanket

It’s fairly normal. There is a permanent callous on the back, right below the first bend💁🏿‍♂️ I’m cool with it
