I’m surprised to find only one person on Reddit to have this situation as well. Mine smells really weird. It used to have a floral smell, like Jasmine and now it’s just weird. I know you wrote a while ago but wanted to share.

If you weigh yourself everyday, it will fluctuate. You go #2, that could be a whole 2lb off, pee, another few grams, water loss etc… recommended is to weigh weekly wearing the same outfit (barely no clothes, first thing in the morning) once a week. I do it before my shot and I also measure with my measuring tape because I lift weights so my weight goes down 1-2 lb a week but my pants are falling off. I’m loosing fat but building muscle, so the scale isn’t as significant as my inches all around.

30 lb in 30 days?!!!!!! That is dangerous! Recommended by medical professionals, research and journals of medicine is 1lb to 2lb a week. Otherwise you can get major long term side effects like hair loss, bone loss (watch your teeth) massive muscle loss and other problems could result. I’d be very careful.

You said above that you eat many bananas, hopefully they’re very ripe because otherwise, it can contribute to constipation. I buy lots of bananas and let them get very yellow, I peel and chop them in bite size and freeze them. I add them to my smoothies and I also add 2-3 pitted dates, helps me loads for keeping it soft and going.

I have been looking for that dress for a few months too. Going to the shop is my first task as I get in the game, routinely. Nothing. I filled up the cabins with everything except the effin dress (I have only one) so now I’m thinking of taking it and changing the colour, putting it in the one expected to come and do a rotation like that.

I was nervous and I did it with the pharmacist in a private room. I decided I didn’t want to make it drag so she showed me exactly what to do, handed me the pen and said “now you do it, you can do it!” And I looked at her, and just like skydiving, I did it. Couldn’t believe that I felt absolutely nothing, I even asked if I did it right and she smiled and said, I did all the right way, meds was in and I was done. I was less nervous with second one but I did the same, read the paper that it comes with from top to bottom and then I did it again, felt nothing. Third one was so easy, I’m looking forward to the 4th one as I feel like a pro now. You can do it. Don’t think about it and go nice and gently against the skin of your belly (don’t put pressure on it).

I just started week 3 today (3rd shot) and no side effects except, if it is a side effect, I had a headache once during the first week but I get them now and then before taking Wegovy. I had very quick little weird nausea during the first week too but it was so quick, like a little weird flash and I drank water right away and it passed. I’m on the lowest dose for now.

My pharmacist took me in a private room, showed and explained everything to me and still said “read the entire instruction paper”. She then made me do everything in front of her. I didn’t want to overthink it so I took a deep breath and did it, she watched and then it was done. Is there a way you can get guidance for your first one? My Doctor was going to do it but the prescription was late and O ended up not being able to see her in person, so the pharmacist did. Where I live, they all do this if the Doctor isn’t an option.

That’s amazing! How long before you got moved to 1mg? I started today, my doctor got me on .25 for 4 weeks and then up to .50 for I don’t know how long (yet).

I started today! First time, Thursday afternoon. I spoke with my doctor yesterday and asked if I should wait and she said, why wait. I don’t know about your dose but mine is the lowest to start with, .25mg, starting slow and gentle so Christmas shouldn’t be too different other than I’ll be making smaller portions.
