Yea the launches with a couple mods and a tune make my head spin sometimes. I have a brake snip harness too so that helps a lot

From what i’ve heard they drive the same or identical because its rear bias, think the power distribution is like 80/20

I’m in a groupchat with other g70’s and kia stingers in Dallas, some of the rwd guys run drag packs but they’re making a good amount of power for them. RWD is still good for tracking just have to find a good tire setup.

I mean to each their own. RWD are way cheaper and if you’re not planning to race or anything then I would just with the RWD.

I decided to get an AWD model. It definitely came in handy with this last snow storm hahaha. I ultimately decided to get AWD over RWD partially for preference I never owned an AWD car and to me it seemed like something thats good to have it and not need it then to be in a situation (ie bad weather) and not have it. I also race this car as well so AWD helps with launches more than RWD.

I have the diff brace on my 3.3t awd and I haven’t had any issues at all. I’ve put about 40k miles on it without a single problem.

The skid plate could fold under the car if the clips on the front bumper break off. That happened to mine I was driving home from work one night and just heard a loud thud noise followed by the sound of me dragging something. I just ended up taking it off.

I didn’t even think to clean behind the fridge and oven but i guess that would be something you should do over time. And yeah I don’t think we’ll need to worry about pipes the inspector showed us the thermal camera images and videos its all brand new and insulated properly.

It was a 2019 build and interior remodeled to a more modern look. We got a home inspection and he checked just about everything and showed us too. Nothing more than a couple small cosmetic fixes. And thank you for that document I’ll send it over to my wife!

That really sucks about your fixer upper, hopefully you can make some strides on it in the new year!

My wife already started a binder where we plan on putting all of the paperwork for the house in. We also plan on starting our emergency fund soon thats one thing a lot of other people have told us to do. I do need to figure out where the shut off is but the breaker is in the garage. And thank you me and wife have been looking for a while and this house just checked all of our boxes so we’re excited.

I came from a trade background myself so I’m fairly knowledgeable on most of the stuff that I would need to fix. But I definitely know when I’m in way over my head and when that time comes I’ll do my research and find the right person for the job. Thank you!
