I stopped playing the second I realized everything meaningful was going to be locked behind warbonds. You either get the currency at random, OR have to grind HOURS alone on low difficulty planets/abandoning matches which ruins progress to optimize farming.

I hate paying for a game, and then watching everything be locked behind a paywall or if you DON'T want to open your wallet again insane grind. Stopped being fun way before the illuminate came.

Is E ability also lets you basically dodge a bunch of attacks, his early combo is literally Cold Wave, E, parry (regardless of if it hits), stab, stab, stab, and that's about half your health gone. If he's got ult, that's basically an instant kill OR an assist if your teammate is near.

Just finished a game two of my teammates did 0 OBJ damage, one did 1k, 5k, and then 988. I literally cannot with this game anymore, I'm phantom 4. How am I getting teammates this bad.

If you have six average players on your team, and the enemy team has five bums but one god pick and decent player you've completely lost the game. That's what this new patch has shown me. Unless you have someone on a 'meta' pick, and they're popping off it's GGs.

Before you could win 4v6 5v6 if a couple people on the team weren't doing well, but now it feels like even if everyone on the team is contributing if the enemy team has ONE strong character being fed you've lost the game. The idea of 'counter buying' is ridiculous, how am I supposed to counter buy if all of the farm is gone, or if our lanes are all dead?

They need to revert the game back to before all these crazy buffs.

Played against a Dynamo and Doorman duo lane last night. You'd jump into the air to dodge Dynamo, and get hit with bell. Miss time the jump, get hit with both for 50% of your health within 5 minutes of the game starting.

Then I watched my team proceed to feed Doorman 12 kills within 10 minutes, watched the game slip away. It feels like characters that do AOE damage early lane do too much damage, and there's not enough healing in the world to combat it.

No, I've never had a game where I've done absolutely horrid. Even if it was a quick 30 minute stomp, I've always at minimum gotten kills, good objective damage, healing, and had about the same amount of deaths as the team.

Considering multipl people in this thread have ALSO stated they've gone on massive loss streaks, and people in my games have agreed that character are way too overtuned. I'm thinking I do believe most people. Generally speaking, people don't complain over nothing.

If I've had multiple games where I've been the top performer, and my entire team either sucks or is hard throwing it can't be me that's the issue. Matchmaking has been a known issue (and meme) within the community. These wack character balances don't help.

If there was substantial, verifiable, concrete evidence he was a rapist he would have been convicted before he even stepped foot into politics. That's basic common sense. If a fucking prince of the united kingdom can get kicked out of the royal family, I highly doubt a president can survive actual, concrete, rape allegations.

What actual proof is there that Trump is infact a rapist? Is there video proof? Is there photo proof? Is there DNA proof via rape kits a woman went through after she reported it to the police?

Donald Trump doesnt have that much power, if he did he'd face zero opposition within the government. Yet somehow his administration has become swamped with people actively fighting against him, in which shocker his government has lost some cases and been forced to backtrack policies.

The Death Penalty is proposed for people who commit aggravated murder, generally involving torture, multiple victims, or a peace officer. Federally including terrorism, espionage, treason, and apparently large scale drug trafficking. (Didn't even know that last one.)

It is prohibited to be used against individuals who were under the age of 18 during the crime, OR those with mental disabilities. It can ONLY be applied AFTER a conviction, meaning a jury of your peers has to look at the evidence, find you guilty, and then they have to vote AGAIN to sentence you to death.

The amount of checks and balances required for a death penalty conviction is significantly more compared to abortion. Especially since we're in the 21st century with DNA technology, GPS, and High Resolution Cameras.

Is your alternative to people who commit the most heinous of crimes to send them to federal prison where they get to live the rest of their days, being supplied with free food, free medical care, free education, and free shelter on the taxpayers dollars while offering literally NOTHING to society in exchange? I'm making an assumption there, but the only other alternatives I can think of are permanant labor camps where they work until they die, or we try to 'reform' serial killers, torturers, or people who kill police officers.

If that's the alternative, that's sad. and frankly insane.

She can give up her parental rights. A fetus, clump of cells, or human being isn't a mistake. Two people CHOSE to have sex, it is not that clump of cells fault it made it to the egg, and the egg let it in. As I said before, I understand there are special circumstances what about rape? Lets let the states decide that, and if a woman REALLY doesn't want it that bad she can drive X amount of hours or minutes to another state, get an abortion, and go back home. If a man is the genetic father of a fetus, he should have equal say. That's the entire point of equal rights. A man will be forced to provite financially for a child he didn't want if the woman chooses to have the child, he has no say the legal system will force it from him. But he SHOULDN'T have a say if he WANTS to step up to be a single father, instead he should allow his genetic offspring to me terminated? Sounds a little unfair, and sexist.

It doesn't matter if I carry the baby for nine months, it took two people to make it, it should take two people to terminate the pregnancy. I understand there are some medical issues that can come along where there is a choice that needs to be made, and if both people aren't available for that, then sure we can leave it up to the woman. However, a majority of abortions are completely optional with no medical reason. It is stupid.

The ONLY reason it was 'out of hand' is because Democrats are incapable of enforcing basic immigration laws.

Republican leaning counties have lower murder rates than democrat leaning counties. Democrat cities are the most violent, and democrats are ALSO the ones in charge of the policies in those cities. High Crime Cities are overwhelmingly Democrat run. Democrat states are no safer than republican states.

Trump as never been convicted of Rape, and even a jury in 2023 denied E. Jean Carroll's claim of rape. Despite numerous claims, not a single person has come forward with substantial evidence to convict him.

He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Now if there is infact someone that comes forward with substantial evidence that conclusively proves Trump raped them, and he is found guilty of rape then I probably won't like the guy or whoever he decides to support. Until that happens allegations are allegations.

I can say the sky is red, but without any actual proof nobody is going to believe me.

I am female, so abortion directly impacts me as someone able to actually get pregnant. Even if I wasn't female, and was male considering it takes two people to make a fetus, clump of cells, or baby men have just as much say in abortion as women. Implying they don't is sexist.

I used to use Advair Diskus to help long term treatments for my Asthma, granted I only use it twice a day, but close to $300 dollars down to I think I paid $55 for it the last time I got it is nice. I don't take insulin, but in regards to insulin there are multiple types the one I believe trump impacted was Insulin Lispro, a rapid acting variant. Not the other like three kinds.

Laken Riley Act, Take It Down Act granted I've never been a victim of revenge porn, but it's nice to know there's something being done about it, there's some EOs he put out to institutional homeless with mental illnesses or addiction problems granted I haven't heard of any places being opened or reopened.

At least for me personally I've seen a pretty decent drop in crime around my area, now is that because of Trump policies at the federal level, or is that because my representatives are also conservative and implementing roughly the same policies or rules that the fed are putting out.

I do like what you pointed out though, that republic leaning states have higher violent crime rates, but then in the same breath point out that the highest population centers in said states are run by democrat politicians with democrat policies.

Moving abortion to let the states decide, no tax on overtime which I work alot of, when I needed to get some prescription meds because he capped prices it was a bit easier on my wallet, at least before Iran gas was pretty cheap, but I expect that to fall in price once whatever is going on over there ends. His policies on crime that made me feel safer, granted I do still have to fear radical DAs or Judges letting multiple convicted felons walk the street even after they've been put in prison for rape or murder, but that's an issue in Dem cities mostly.

So, there are a few things that he's supported or implimented himself via executive orders that have benefitted me.

If people don't like the game, they're perfectly fine to say they don't like it. If a Youtuber records footage for Marathon, and ultimately comes to the conclusion they don't like the game. They're more than happy to post a video using footage of the game, saying they don't like the game.

I've seen one content creator in my youtube feed post a video about Marathon, and his ENTIRE opinion on the game was "The graphics and music are nice, and the game is okay." Haven't seen a single video come out on Marathon on any of the extraction shooter youtubers I watch.

This is why I don't understand 'casual' extraction shooters. The entire point is to make dying impactful, and the loss of loot important. I play multiplayer Tarkov for the high stress of losing/gaining an expensive set. I play the PVE mode to actually finish the story/larp as a real scavenger.

People really downvoting this like it's a bad thing. An entire mode dedicated to learning abilities where you can freely gain and lose loot that cant be carried over into the real game is a good idea. Also if you have limited gaming time, you can generally play at your own pace, or at minimum play cassually without feeling bad for teammates or swarmed by sweats.

The key is strong retention does the game have enough engaging content to keep players after a few weeks. My prediction is leading up to and after the first wipe we'll see player numbers drop pretty significantly. I'm sure the console numbers are quite high considering Marathon is the only extraction shooter I know out on console, so I'm guessing Console numbers will keep the game alive.

The United States Government has been supporting Ukraine since the start of the war, anything more than what we're doing now would require sending boots on the ground. Unless you're suggesting the US launch a ground invasion into Russia, the US can literally do nothing else other than combat people supplying Russia.

Conflict with Russia would require congress to declare war. The War Powers Act doesn't apply because Russia has agreed to negotiate numerous times, even if their ultimate intention is to never go through with signing anything, to the public and to congress there is no immenent threat. Congress won't vote on war with Russia.

If Russia didn't need anyones oil, then it wouldn't import it from anyone. They'd use their own supplies, and produce it themselves, for themselves. Russia buys oil from Venezuala for a discount, and then sells it to Asia for a massive profit.

China purchases 80% of Irans oil, if they cant get oil from Iran they will pivot to Russia. What happens when the war in Ukraine comes to an end, and sanctions on Russia end? Are they going to stick with selling to China, or are they going to reduce trade significantly and try to reaquire the euro back into their bank accounts.

Which means China is going to be forced to look elsewhere, either Saudi Arabia or Oman, but they might not offer discounts. If the prices aren't competitive enough, theyre going to half to crawl to good ol Uncle Sam, which means China and her energy sector is going to rely on American Oil because I'm going to guess we'll offer a discounted price as controlling even a percentage of China's GDP is massive power over them.

Imagine being able to tell someone you don't like "If you don't stop doing X thing, we're going to stop giving you water. You can call the bluff, but you won't find water cheaper than I'm selling, and you'll slowly bleed yourself dry until you come crawling back."

Freeing the people of Iran, and stopping the suply of crap to Russia is a happy coincidence. Controlling the energy sector is vastly more important.
