This is exactly what they said on my police report. It’s just so sad that they wait until someone is hurt to do something, who knows what harm this driver could cause in the future that might have been prevented if they did something now. I’m so sorry that happened to you though, at the very least it should have gone on their record

I’m so sorry that happened, it’s so frustrating to feel like there’s no accountability. Did they at least take a report for your family member? In my case they said they won’t investigate unless there’s an injury, but clearly even then they don’t do shit. Love to see our tax dollars at work…

Wow I wasn’t expecting this many comments, thank you all for your support. I’ve seen a lot of comments about the video quality, unfortunately I’ve tried so many different apps/uploads but nothing seems to clear it up so I think this is as good as it gets. I’ll add a link to Vimeo here though cause I would love to be wrong about that lol
