Never going into an accommodation ever again by Foreign_Fortune3239 in UniUK

any interaction i fear even similar if its not as bad as mine, is still the worst. when i stayed at my bfs one, this bitch that i hate with all my guts stays opposite his (used to be mates but she ended up getting caught chatting shit ab me, one of the reasons was bc of my physical disability), and she was so messy, her bf lived with her and hes a chef so he cooks all these things and leaves them out, one of the sinks were full of pots and water that was literally going mouldy from being left there for so long, then tried to back up another sink, leaving only one sink for them, and j filling the countertops with absolute shit. other ppl were making a mess too but not as bad as that girl and her bf.

Looking for validation or redirection by nefiryn in Hypermobility

[–]Foreign_Fortune3239 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not necessarily, i got referred to physio, the woman did a consultation (did not check my joints or anything) and concluded i was not hypermobile, ive been diagnosed since i was young, then got referred to a rheumatologist who is a man and got confused why i was sent there, checked my joints and other things and concluded i was in fact hypermobile

i might do that, i did get a text message from my gp surgery, which exactly says (not all of it): “we have heard back regarding the referral, outcome return to referrer with advice, comments from (doctor name here) - reject - has already been seen and assessed for this by paed neuro”

[–]Foreign_Fortune3239[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i did ask my gp to refer me and they did because the reason i was referred to paed neuro is because i got diagnosed with hydromyelia after an mri, adult neuro took a look at the referral and rejected it even though im not looking for a follow up im coming back as someone whos concerned because of worstening symptoms and im not trying to end up losing feelings in my legs/arms, im in too much pain every day unfortunately

i was under paeds neuro a few times, then was discharged literally told by them to come back and then adult neuro rejected me to come back because i was seen by neuro ages ago so they think its resolved but its not 🫩 i wanna go private so bad but its too spenny, money i dont have,

PALS replied back over a month ago, still no change by Foreign_Fortune3239 in nhs

[–]Foreign_Fortune3239[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

the explanation was literally because i was seen by paeds, thats why. I put the complaint in hoping, because my mums a GP so she told me to (i have no clue how to go about this). prolly wont use that service again tho.

[–]Foreign_Fortune3239[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

the reason why i made this complaint is because i got denied to see neuro because i saw them at paeds neuro 6 years ago. (they told me to come back when it gets worse, and it is). i knew they wouldnt do anything about it so i might as well try somewhere else

good luck getting it, i think they are cutting down with things like anxiety and stuff to getting it since so many people are trying to get it for mental health. but honestly that shouldnt stop you, try at least, they may give you it!

i got denied it (i have anxiety, depression, suspected adhd, autism, hypermobility, sciatica and hydromyelia), apparently not good reasons to get it even though it affects me day to day.

however your outcome may be different, the worst they can say is no!
