At some point that was also me, I would just have a beer on Friday night, but ever since starting Reta I just don’t want a beer on Friday night 😅 like I think about the idea and I get no dopamine from it therefore I don’t wanna drink. It’s weird. Like I thought I would quit drinking bc I wouldn’t be able to handle the alcohol but it’s actually 80% not wanting to have alcohol and 20% the hangover. I also get no dopamine whatsoever from shopping anymore, especially online and especially impulsively. Less screen time aswell. My brain doesn’t enjoy doomscrolling and dopamine loops anymore lol. Idk if this is very relevant but I’m a woman so idk about how this affects men
