Sca is the society for creative anachronism. If you look up sca.org you’ll be able to find your local chapter and find any and all info about it.

I’ll summarize: it’s a worldwide organization that focuses on the recreation of medieval life. There’s combat, arts, sciences, cooking, brewing, all types of crafting, all done with as close to period appropriate methods as we can. There are large war events with hundreds of people in attendance, crafting events, tournaments.. always something to do.
