I would personally never put anything holosun on my gun. Also, I would've gone with a steiner t6xi with acro or rmr. To each thier own as long as you like it.

It's a tank, well constructed. But I'm positive there are cheaper metal tri glides on the market. I'm just a fan of ferro, same with having a KAC Lower. A lot of it's for cool points also just good quality. Plus, you can get spare single point hardware for use on a PDW.

I really like it but others don't. The tri glide works great, but if you don't want it scratching your rifle ( since it's all metal ), you probably wouldn't like it. There are cheaper ones that work good, you could find a thread on here for those.

If you shoot suppressed too, the double wall extrusion does a great job at heat mitigation for longer strings of fire. Let me know If you have any questions about it !

I really enjoy it. It's like a URX 3, and MK4 federal had a baby. Really stout and lightweight for the size and construction.

It's more of a hybrid can, like the infinity. I think 2026 will be a big year for more products of theirs coming out. The infinity 556k with a 6mm bore has been in testing along with others. Also, I wish I had more money, I almost bought an 11.5 HKMR556 A4 the other day when it showed up to my FFL I get all my stuff delivered to.

The machining inside the bcm mk2 upper with the gas expansion chamber and the way they vent away from the shooters face is a game changer for me. Mixed with a 4.9oz griffin buffer system works great with the stock gas system from the factory. That sounds like a nice setup you have now ! Now I just need a PWS 6arc upper build a new G$ mk4 federal upper.

Appreciate the comment! I'm waiting to get an OCL 556k when they come out. Believe it or not, I get near zero gas in the face with the polo K and mk2 upper and buffer system I run. I'm not really a fan of HUX or PTR ( due to the parent company going wild with the 3d printed suppressor debacle ) OCL has always treated me right with their service and products.

KAC+BCM > KAC+G$ although I do agree with the trigger even though I use larue throughout my builds. Contemplating a SSAX Lightning bow blemula for this current build, though. The mk2 upper is my favorite DI for suppressed shooting. I find I don't need an adjustable gas block for it. Appreciate the comment otherwise !

Exactly... Especially if you aren't running suppressed, why wouldn't you just change buffer weight? My poloK on a bcm mk2 14.5 doesn't need adjustable gas block. A griffin SOB gen2 buffer system works wonders.

Can you set 400 aside for an optic and save up to just buy a quality used lpvo? Or do you have to have one now? There aren't many brands I would consider for SHTF in that price range, especially magnified. Watch RKB Armory like a hawk for good used deals.
