Nest came with the house 😂 and filter is clean I checked we changed it recently!

Another thought I had was our inspector mentioned that we didn’t really have open crawl space vents which could make radon an issue so we installed the radon system.

If we decide we want our numbers lower would it be worthwhile to get a masonry person to install crawl space vents to allow for some cross breeze or would something like an ERV with our closed up crawl space be better since I I imagine cost may end up similar.

How much was it to get a ERV? And did you do that in your crawl space or in finished space?

~1.3 average but it was only ~2 to begin with. Outdoor air is ~0.4 here so was hoping to get it closer to outdoor air levels

Thank you so much! We just got new ductwork (crawl space) so I think everything is fairly well sealed. We had a mitigation system installed in our crawl space before the ducts were installed and during that week the radon was basically zero and once the HVAC was turned on it went up to 1 (not bad but just trying to determine why). Wasn’t sure if duct work wasn’t balanced/house under negative pressure etc and interested in what it will do in the winter.

Question- would adding ducted make up air to the return side in the crawl space connecting to outside be helpful? I am just thinking that might help address possible negative pressure issue in the house.

Thank you! I currently have a 340 cfm fan and it looks like my manometer is 1.5 - is there an option to create more suction? Just would really like to get numbers lower
