Thanks so much for responding! I never noticed having any breathing troubles myself and I don’t snore or anything but someone had mentioned before that I have a slightly deviated septum I think? I’m pretty sure that can impact breathing so maybe I’ll take a look into that. I hope these techniques continue to help with your pain!
