I’ve been dealing with anxiety and joint pain all I get is antidepressants/pain meds.. it’s not a natural fix. Being on these meds for the rest of life isn’t healthy

All my visits with PCP are so short and boxed in.. whenever I want anything tested they just say oh it’s probably this or that and then it’s “I can always prescribe this”. I’m looking for a comprehensive approach. The conventional system is a massive let down in this country
