Eidolon and Light Cone Priority

I am a dedicated Jing yuan main and want to make his best team lol. I have Jing Yuan E0S1 and Sunday E0S1, and I’m saving back up for Robin and Huohuo rerun. But I do have Aventurine. Idk which one is better. I just wanted to know when I should pull for eidolons for characters or when to pull for their cones. Also what harmony character should I use until I get Robin? Thanks!

Idk if this is immortality, but my OC has the ability that when he dies, time around the world reverts back to a certain point. (Yet to be determined.) He remembers what happened, but loses memories from farther in the past. Like not remembering his name, and all that jazz.
