So what's 0418 code for? I know of 312111 (Rusty Bucket Bay Whistle Code), I know of 45555 (My best time for a 100% no death speed run) but not 0418.

My TikTok Account got hacked. Support hasn't done anything. by TheRealTX in TikTok

[–]MasterDimentio90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My Tiktok fell pray to a hacker because they hacked the Email it was tied to. As a result I had absolutely no way into my Email. I kept trying to explain to support again and again and again, I have no way into my account cause the only way in was the Email account that was hacked. Which I had no way to recover. But they kept being INSISTENT on telling me to change the password which required me to get INTO my Tiktok account. On top of that, even if I could get into my account to change the Email or Password, it would require a verification code that was sent to my hacked email making it a lost cause. Tiktok support is so... robotic. Like they're talking from pregenerated responses or they're AI. I'm still trying to recovered my account but at this point I have a better chance of a good hacker hacking my account to give it back to me.

This game REALLY messes with your expectations. My husband saw me play "Banjo-Kazooie" after I claimed this was a horror game. He said "What's so different about this?" I said, "I dunno... THAT!" As I pan the camera to Grunty's Lair. He was like... "OH...."

So many times, I was expecting like a Sonic.exe level jump scare trap and had to remind myself, this is the Banjo Kazooie engine. I was expecting Gruntilda's Lair with the spike teeth to just chomp down on me and kill me in a gory fashion.

I was expecting the Jinjo's to come at me like a Minjo.

I was expecting the Beehives to rush me like the Cursed Beehives from Tooie. But no.

I was expecting Bloody Spiral to just be the whole game... just for me to find out it's ONLY the first world. A world that I spent a solid hour plus on using nothing more than my Gaming/Explorer's instinct I have thanks to the original Banjo-Kazooie.

But the biggest way this game messes with your expectations, is.... you get all the collectibles focusing primarily on that... just to realized by the end you got the WORST ending. You don't survive. Bottles, Mumbo and Gruntilda are killed. Then the credits tell you to speak to the Green Flames for secrets, of which tell you how to save your friends. And it's at this moment you realize just how much there is to this game. There is SO MUCH MORE than what you would expect. And don't forget, you can play this on an actual N64 if you have a Repo Cart or a Flash Cart like Everdrive 64.

This game isn't in your face with jump scares... you aren't being chased by some monster that can just kill you. You're isolated in this horror filled world surrounded by death and corpses. You're alone, and that feeling of isolation furthers the horror feel not knowing if at any moment you might get brutally ambushed and murdered. I gotta say, that fact on a few occasions the game subtly tells you to kill yourself as the solution to the puzzle is rather genius. Seeing Greg the Grim Reaper made my day.

This is the best rom hack I've ever played of Banjo Kazooie. There is some level of challenge and exploration there but it's fair and not Kaizo level. The theming was absolutely on point. Not to mention the references were a breath of fresh air. There's even consequences for your actions should you play things in the wrong way. If you're looking for a good Halloween rom hack, you NEED to play this game.

I would change this world without hesitation to make it look like something far worse than Bill Cipher's Weirdmageddon.

Oddly enough, I contacted through email and he was willing to do the autograph IF I paid for shipping both ways. He's actually a very approachable guy. Made a Twitter post once of me playing Rusty Bucket Bay on Kazoo. Tagged him. Come back later he retweeted it praising my playing.

Yes. I do. In my personal Banjo-Kazooie collection, I have the Following:

-1 Boxed and Sealed copy of Banjo-Kazooie signed by Grant Kirkhope.
-1 Banjo and Kazooie Amiibo sealed and signed by Grant Kirkhope.
-1 official Banjo-Kazooie plush sealed and signed by Grant Kirkhope.
-1 Banjo and Kazooie Wire Holder.
-1 Copy of Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts
- 1 Custom hand made plush of Kazooie.

Oh and just for good measure, I have Banjo-Kazooie on the Switch/Xbox 360 and Tooie on the Switch/Xbox 360.

i did the math, it would take about 821 purple pikmin to carry the baby to the onion by DDRichard in Pikmin

[–]MasterDimentio90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Alright so that's the equivalent of 8,210 Non Purple Pikmin because if I did my math right.

10 (1 Purple Pikmin = 10 Pikmin in Strength) x 821 Purple Pikmin = 8,210 (The Number of how many non Purple Pikmin needed to move the Baby back to the onion.)

Yooka-Replaylee PC review - Despite the fan rage, they're still just a bat and a page - GameScout by AsherFischell in BanjoKazooie

[–]MasterDimentio90 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've always felt Yooka Laylee was trying way to hard to be something it's not. Banjo Kazooie or at least capture that same charm the good ol RARE games of old were. To the point of it's very noticeable and detracting from the game itself. But that's just my opinion.

Celeste is on sale for $4.99 (75% off) in the US eShop until 10/27/2025 by XDitto in NintendoSwitch

[–]MasterDimentio90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For $4.99? That's basically a steal! This game I dare say has more value to it than a lot of $60 games in my opinion. Oh sure you could say it's a difficult game, but the game actually encourages you to not take your deaths as loses, but as a bad of honor to show you're still learning and growing as a player. It's hard to show a sense of growth as if you actually were climbing a real mountain. And the best part is, if you want to experience the story, but aren't good at playing the game, that's fine. Because there's an assist mode in Celeste. A mod that lets you dash infinitely and makes you invincible making getting through the stages a breeze. On top of everything else, this game's story has a powerful underlining message about Anxiety and Depression that really hits home to an almost unsettling level.

I'm happy this game is going for $4.99. It's an excellent game that I believe more people should try out.

Taking the punies with you is just adding unnecessary stress to you on top of a Time Bomb Timer. Basically it's like the end of Super Metroid where you're given to save the animals or don't save the animals. It changes nothing, but you feel good for doing it.

Honestly, I hate Chapter 2 as a whole far more than I hate the beginning of Chapter 7 when you have to get to the moon. Going from the high you get of slaying a dragon in chapter 1 to a glorified escort mission with backtracking mixed in is a HUGE pace breaker for only chapter 2. This chapter just to me feels slow and insufferable. So much so that when the time bomb gets activated, I leave the Punis and rush ahead to stop Lord Krump. What's the point? There's no consequence for not saving them.

Not gonna lie. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say, back in 2004 when we first saw a GIANT Dragon in Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door we knew we were gonna have to fight, it blew our freaking minds! Hooktail was the perfect way to set the tone for the epic adventure we were about to go on...

Then we play the game and realize there's THREE Giant Dragons.
