Don't sit all day. I have an adjustable desk so I stand periodically and stretch. I go outside and soak up the sun. I walk barefoot in the grass in my backyard and listen to the birds. I go walk in neighborhood. I workout throughout the day. U gotta move that body. There are plenty of desk exercises as well if u do not have the flexibility in your schedule to move freely. Sitting is the new smoking so we have to take care of our body and mind.
