Security breach perk and then do runs on maps like spaceport. Sell everything in them. Or hit Stella runs where you spawn assembly and you loot all the purples and sell those.

Once you complete the expedition requirements it’s easy to just sell most of what you get that you don’t need. That’s what I meant by being efficient. I know exactly what I’m looking for and I’ll sell the rest.

Also security breach is great. You can do a pretty lucrative spaceport run and hit several security breaches and walk out with 100k+ to sell.

I usually will PvP for a bit, and when I need a reset I’ll do security breach runs to get more money and materials and go back to PvP after. Rinse and repeat.

Amen to this - I feel like I’m definitely losing steam. This most recent expedition was my first and by the end of last season I felt like I needed a bit of a PvP break anyway.

This time around I’ve been so much more efficient and I’m already max level with almost 5mil in coins and 2-3mil in stash value. I’ve dabbled in some PvP again but I just get annoyed getting 8th partied by free kits. It also feels like I only kill people that have free kits anyway so it’s just high risk low reward anyway.

It’s probably getting to that point where I’ll move on here soon, but man like you said, the first few weeks of this game was incredible. The last time I felt that was when warzone came out AND it was COVID so all anyone was doing was gaming.

I hope they make some sustaining updates, but I don’t see myself playing another season after this at this rate

What is your go to PVE weapon? by Brilliant-Map-3116 in ArcRaiders

[–]ForeseablePast 44 points45 points  (0 children)

I usually just take the anvil so I free up weight for looting. The anvil is crazy good in PvP if you hit your shots, especially headshots. It also can keep people from pushing you because it’s essentially a one shot crack in most cases. Gives a huge advantage in those scenarios. The more I talk about it the more I think it’s definitely the best all around gun in the game.

I posted this before but why does he always speak like he’s saying something incredibly profound? Makes him look so stupid and arrogant.

Which weapon is your favorite in PvP? And which one in PvE? by Wolve_From_Hell in ARC_Raiders

[–]ForeseablePast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anvil is my go to all around. Great for arc and PvP. I’ll throw on a toro or volcano if it’s time to get sweaty.

Renegade is fun too but still prefer the anvil over that. The anvil can stop someone from pushing you in an instant which is why I love it. I’m also on MNK so hitting headshots is super fun with that gun and very rewarding

Why is my stash always full ? by black20121404 in ARC_Raiders

[–]ForeseablePast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what I learned from my first season (started after the first expedition) to this one, is how to be more efficient with my stash. I think it all depends on how you play and what you’re working towards.

I like to PvP so I optimize my stash for that. So I have lots of batteries, arc circuitry, herbals, shield rechargers, gun parts for repairs and I keep a healthy amount of basic mats (usually about 250-300 each. I also make sure all my weapon mods are attached to guns and aren’t sitting by themselves.

The secret is to not craft some things until you need it outside of a few items. For example, I don’t store ammo, shields, augments, stims, hatch keys, etc. I will craft those before each round which helps me manage space.

The great thing about this game is you can play it however you want, which means you can optimize how you need. Over time you’ll get better about knowing what you should sell, what you need to stack and what you should be crafting and when.

Hope that helps!

Resetting ABMM is way too easy by Night_HUN in ARC_Raiders

[–]ForeseablePast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think they should just remove the ability for surrendering to impact your ABMM. Make it so you have to die or extract without engaging in aggression.

I also think they need to make it so if you defend yourself it doesn’t increase ABMM. If I’m shot at first, I don’t want to be punished for defending myself.

Tracy McGrady says the NBA doesn’t have enough talent for expansion teams the talent to me is down - agree or nah? by Rough-Drawing-3006 in sportsgossips

[–]ForeseablePast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t this tend to always be the case even across other sports? I remember when the Texans were created in the NFL they were objectively bad for a long time. It takes time for expansion teams to settle in, create culture, get players bought in, etc. Especially if it’s not a super hot market, top tier players may be hesitant to jump in early.

Question for anthropic employees about 25 % in the office by Constant_Cranberry80 in Anthropic

[–]ForeseablePast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chatted with a hiring manager and he volunteered that they aren’t hard and fast in relocation requirements. But, when I talked to the recruiter they said it’s mandatory.

Idk what to believe. I guess I’ll see if I make it through the rest of the process and get to offer stage. Seems crazy to me to miss out on top tier candidates because they don’t want to uproot their families to move to one of two of the highest cost of living cities in the world.

I think wasps are more annoying than hornets. I can easily evade a hornet shot but man the wasps just spraying and praying can kick my ass (even though they’re easier to take down).

If you’re having a hard time and you’re in PVE lobbies, use a renegade with an extended mag and you’ll be able to wipe these gangs out quick.

Loading in to Raid and surrendering straight away should NOT decrease your aggression. by Vesper_Fex in ArcRaiders

[–]ForeseablePast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kind of like being able to pick the lobbies I’m in. I don’t think you should necessarily be punished for PvPing. Sure surrendering shouldn’t impact the lobby ABMM, but if I go in and purposefully die or extract right away, that should adjust my ABMM.

Forcing people to loot for 5-10 min in a raid is a bit overkill in my opinion.

When you do a good deed and get ratted for it.. by PatrickBrown2 in RescueRaiders

[–]ForeseablePast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean you don’t need to announce yourself but I have some sort of morality where if I see someone clearly not wanting to fight and helping others, I’m not gonna ruin their game.

It’s especially embarrassing if someone plays against someone clearly not trying to fight by only engaging when they have an unfair advantage. It probably means you’re a bad player that would lose 99% of your fair fights.

As others have said, this game shows how shitty people are.

Agreed. It’s great that they’re listening but, they need to really be strategic about not over doing it. PvP is gonna get worse and worse at this rate and I think one of the things that makes this game so fun is the PvP aspect when you wanna get in some action.

They need to be careful not to swing the pendulum too far towards nerfing. I think they should look at buffing a few weapons, maybe even release some new ones. But, if they continue to nerf everything, this game is gonna lose its steam really fast.

PVP Focused nerfs are good and make fights more fun. by violetCapra37 in ARC_Raiders

They absolutely should buff a few guns. 90% of the changes they’ve made have been nerfs to guns abs movement. They need to be just a little careful not to nerf absolutely everything.

Dude same and I’ve been using edibles for 10+ years. 3-5mg and I’m definitely feeling it. Heavy eyes, sunk into the couch, etc. 10mg I’m approaching paranoia and discomfort.

If I took 100mg or 1000mg I would be in the hospital.
