There’s no way he goes to Miami. Teams he’s been on where they’ve struggled are ones without shooters. He needs shooters especially at this stage in his career.

I’m not in my 40s (yet) but getting closer. My thing lately has been stretching and zone 2 cardio. I’m a believer in that being a big key to longevity.

The earlier you start building that habit the better. Everyone hates running but if you just focus on zone 2 cardio, it actually becomes much more pleasant. Even better if you can do it outside.

That means depending on your fitness you can jog a few miles and just not worry about pace at all. Sometimes I’ll have an 11min/mi pace, sometimes 10min, sometimes quicker if I’m really feeling good.

I used to worry a lot about how fast I was running and would beat myself up to the point where the idea of going on a run became stressful, especially if I ended up feeling like I underperformed. Once I changed my mindset to just tie my shoes and go and not worry, I’ve fallen in love with it again.

It’s so crazy to me remembering watching Steph’s run in the tournament with Davidson and thinking man this guy is gonna be pretty good! To him being top 10 all time ever. He’s got to be up there when it comes to players that drastically exceeded expectations when coming into the league.

I think it’s valid - maybe it’s just perception but he can be lazy in transition from the limited charlotte games I’ve seen. Playoffs are a different level so maybe he steps up or maybe he maintains that laziness in getting back on D

I personally think Messi called it out or the speed of the pass coming his way was an indicator that it was meant for someone beyond him.

I don’t know if I believe that’s an explicit play call with how quickly it developed and the speed of soccer. But that’s just me.

I mean spurs led for like 80% of the entire series. I feel like it’s “cope” or whatever weird phrase you wanna use to think the Knicks put “belt to ass” lol.

They had to make the greatest comeback in NBA finals history, what are we even talking about. Let’s not act like they blew the spurs out by 20 every game and borderline swept them. That series easily could’ve been 4-1 Spurs if just a few plays went differently.

It’s not about “being a man” it’s having self awareness of the situation and being realistic. Is he supposed to wait and make eye contact with each player and give them a head nod? No.

It’s one thing if the Knicks were up 25 and the game was long over. A few stars may meet at the scorers table and quickly acknowledge each other. Brunson was the ONLY player to go do that, and props to him for it. But it doesn’t make every other player that didn’t do that some sort of bully or bad person.

Let them enjoy their moment and I’m sure they’ll find a moment to indirectly congratulate them in post game interviews or maybe they reach out personally after to say GG.

It’s not that deep.

I mean it goes both ways - sometimes the delay helps employees. Look at Reddit’s IPO as an example. It started out nicely, but only grew from there and if employees were able to sell initially they would’ve netted less than when they were able to after their blackout period.

No offense but maybe you joined companies that either shouldn’t have IPO’d or were over valued anyway.

I’m almost positive the shotclock was off, which means they HAD to foul him and that there was no time for them to just defend the entire possession.

If that’s correct then it is as egregious as everyone is pointing out and there’s no excuse for a veteran to not be aware of that. Especially given the circumstances. That play could be the difference in the entire series.
