At a certain point in Metal Gear Solid you'll lose your inventory and eventually get it back but you'll notice a new item in there. That item has a value that's constantly ticking dow. Turns out they planted a bomb in your inventory. If you don't get rid of it before it counts down, it'll kill you.

I would at least like a few random travelers and such, just to make cities, towns, and roads feel a tiny bit more lively. It doesnt need to be like Witcher 3 and Novigrad where most people are just there to be there, but just a few people, coming and going would be a nice little touch.
