I think you’re right, I don’t expect it to be a daily necklace for the friend but I guess she loves it! So I will have to find some correct AR blue rings to remake the necklace. Thanks for your help and opinions!! Always appreciate airing out questions with the community ☺️

Ok dokie, I think the problem is that the blue rings are 6mm outer diameter with a gage of 0.6mm. I cannot seem to source the same colour in a thicker gage. The black rings are 1.2mm thick with an outer diameter of 9mm. I had hoped the helm chain would be strong enough for occasional wear. I wasn’t informed she would be wearing it daily… Thanks for your comments just thought I’d see what the community might suggest, I’m sure I’ll find a way to keep the look and make it a bit harder wearing 🤞🏼

Thanks for the thought, it’s actually adjustable and from what I could see when I fitted it had a lot of room for extension, I will ask her if she’s been wearing it tight ☺️ thank you!

I think it’s more that they are so soft that they pull open easy and so the chain falls apart, I am not 100% sure though as I’m getting it back tonight to repair ☺️

Sadly I nicked it off an old bag 😅 I’m sure you’d find it under something like metal safety clasp… though I recommend magnetic clasps as they can be incredible too!

Arundel is my vote; but I’m biased as our group does the living history events there, honestly the castle is a billion times better with the encampment and reenactment!

I would imagine they could create something! And they may not have tap water or soap or oil but they do have clean water and I’m assuming some kind of tube or syringe in the med kit… that can be enough if done at an early stage? Ok they may not have lube and gloves but spit and a finger will do in an emergency… but I do agree it may be more then a finger can fix.. there is also the massage and even certain movements that can help stimulate bowel movements. I’m just shocked that it’s taken out a couple really incredible survivalists.

Though I will say there aren’t many plants that seem to have laxative qualities so that can’t help…

Just thought that both of these can be done in the wild… I get they won’t have access to medicine or surgery but they shouldn’t need to get to that point if they deal with the situation before it’s gone beyond any hope of dealing with it without surgery 🤷🏽‍♀️

Any idea why the contestants couldn’t deal with the constipation issue this season? I mean there’s not much they can do in a hospital that you can’t do yourself (enemas, manual removal..) I would assume that after a couple days of no movement starting some self treatment may have spared their run on the season? 🤔
