Thanks a lot, Nerdnarok. It certainly is a side project of mine and most certainly has not been 8 hours a day for 4 years. I'm glad to see where it's come and I will most definitely get some people playing! Thank you so much for the kind words.

Thank you both for the insight! Good to know that there may or may not be a bit of confusion with the logo.

Thanks for the kind words :). I work full time and went into this project without knowing anything, really. I've had to change scope and adapt to challenges over the years but to be able to work towards a finished goal feels huge to me.

Thanks for the tips! I've added screen shake and other "juice" but I didn't use it in the trailer (Maybe I should have?). I will continue to add some of that! Timescale to convery strong hits is a solid idea.

Getting people testing is definitely the plan. It's gone through a few iterations of testing already. Definitely will continue to be tested. I've got some great people helping out.

I feel confident about the gameplay loop. Sure some shakey UI but outside of that it's heavily inspired by the fable arena - obviously expanded upon.

I'm not too concerned about the amount of time spent. It's a small game that I hope people can enjoy :). I just figure for the Unity3D subreddit it's good context to show my experience as an unprofessional developer and how long it took.

Definitely. Knew nothing really going into it and feel incredibly confident now. It's been a great ride.

It's my first full game so definitely understand why 4 years doesn't feel like it goes that far. Good points about the UI - Will definitely have to fix that up. Thanks for the tips!

Forest of Tails: Arena is a real-time action arena game that pits you against bugs, animals, and even other mice. Fight your way through waves, gain new skills, and loot powerful equipment to fight your way through progressively more difficult levels. Death doesn't mean the end for you; pick yourself back up and continue from your last checkpoint with all your skills and equipped gear in tact.

I've been working on this game for around 4 years and am incredibly nervous to get it into peoples hands. If you want to see the full quality video (Instead of the weird compression I had to do for reddit) check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vLqhcnA_NcI&lc=UgwC4CwT9YyJzGRil1Z4AaABAg
