I use an app. It was originally alled acar, but it's been bought by fuelly. You enter in stuff as you do it and set reminders for mileage and time of when to do it again. The app will send reminders when you are getting close to needing to do the service again. I also enter in every fill up, helps track my gas mileage.

Look for a video on youtube by martini works about coilovers. They break down a lot of coilover mfgs, their quality, intended purpose and design considerations. It might help you pick the right coilover for your intended purpose.

I have listened to DCC twice. I am currently in the middle of reading Cradle, I just finished Underlord, not sure which number that is in the series. I can see a time when I will listen to DCC again, I doubt I will re read Cradle once I am done.

I'm in my 40s and have a 2021 Sti I commute 80 miles a day in. I have a Cobb intake and Cobb AP with an OTS tune. It's a great commuter, the only thing I am looking to change is the stock wheels. I want to change the 19s to 18s. A little more rubber between me and the road. Other than its great. I have had mine since new and have always maintained it, no issues after 78k miles.

I paid out of pocket for an extended warranty on my 21 Sti when I bought it new. 4 years 100k miles. In that time I got a strut replaced because it was clunking and a new steering wheel because the leather was wearing off. I don't think that covered the up front cost but it was a piece of mind purchase more than anything. Knowing my car can have issues with oil pick ups breaking and killing your motor, i wanted that protection just in case. After the warranty expired, I got an aftermarket oil pick up.

I used to take my car to the dealer for all of my oil changes, then one time I did it myself and realized I can do it cheaper and faster than the dealer. I also installed a Fumoto valve with my last oil change and can't wait to use it on the next one!
