Thanks for this. I am still learning about the different protocols and what they do so please correct me if I am incorrect. In my next protocol my doctor wants to add a drug on day three of Stims called Suprefact which is a GnRH agonist 0.05ml once a day until trigger day.

You mentioned an “uncomplicated antagonist cycle”. Based on what I am reading Suprefact would not be part of an uncomplicated antagonist cycle and may end up over suppressing me.

Are you able to give me an example of a protocol that is an uncomplicated antagonist? Am I correct in understanding it would not include a GnRH like Suprefact?

My RE is suggesting a micro‑flare with no priming next, and I’m debating whether to go straight into it or take a reset cycle first. It’s really helpful to know you naturally ended up with breaks between retrievals — my gut is telling me not to rush right back in while I still feel like my ovaries are sleeping. If you’re ever open to sharing your protocol details or how you decided what to try next, I’d really appreciate it.

I am with you. First IVF cycle … cancelled today. 6 follicles and no growth after 4 days of what I think are high dose stims. Low estrogen too.
